You\u2019ll see\nsomething like this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n In this dialog, you can browse your disks and folders, find a folder with some or all your photos, and select what you would like to import. You may select both folders and image files, and single or multiple items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Before\nstarting the import process, it\u2019s time to use the intelligence of Phototheca. The\nsoftware knows six ways to combine your photos into Events. You may select whichever\nway you prefer. If you have your folders structure in order and want Phototheca\nto stick with the order you have, keep the option \u201cOne Event per folder\u201d (this\nis the default). <\/p>\n\n\n\n If your files\nand folders are a bit of a mess and contain multiple Events inside, let\nPhototheca split these photos into separate Events based on the time a photo\nwas taken. If you select \u201cOne Event per day,\u201d this means all photos shot during\na single day will go into one Event, and so on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n When you\nare ready and have selected your preferred way to split photos into Events, hit\nthe \u201cImport Selected\u201d or \u201cImport All\u201d button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Import time\nstrongly depends on your PC\u2019s performance, the size of your photos, and the amount.\nGo enjoy a cup of coffee or tea while Phototheca is working for you.
