Phototheca supports import from iOS devices, iPhones and iPads. However, there are a few prerequisites necessary in order to successfully import photos:
- You should have iTunes installed on your PC
- When you connect a device, you should confirm on the device that you trust this PC
- The device has to be unlocked
When all three of the above criteria are in place, a device will appear in the DEVICES section and Phototheca lets you import images without a hassle.
